Seatbelts

I've been on a deuce funk lately. Haven't been able to hook a deuce since the beginning of the month. However, I have run into every single sleepy, cell phone inept, new car gadgets, deuce looking driver in Santa Barbara. Here's one from the other night. This lady almost collided with another car, wanted to pull into the center divide instead of the right shoulder, and missed the exit she was being instructed to. I walk up on the car and she doesn't speak any English. To understand what I'm saying she yells toward the back of the car and three little kids pop up in pajamas laying down in the very back of a jeep cherokee. Amazing. This lady even had a California driver's license. I can't believe that people don't seatbelt themselves, but to allow their kids, 5, 6, & 11, to lay down in the back of the car. This lady was driving like she was drunk and eventually would have crashed and ejected her kids and then you know what comes next. Please, please, please, seatbelt your kids. Seriously.
